Lebanon death toll from Israeli attacks tops 2,500

TEHRAN, Apr. 29 (MNA) – The death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 2,534, Lebanese media reported Wednesday, with at least nine more killed in overnight strikes on the south.

Updated figures published by Lebanese media put the number of wounded at 7,863 since the start of the Israeli attacks.

The overnight raids hit southern Lebanon, killing at least nine people, the reports said, without immediately providing further details on the latest casualties.
